We bring historic buildings back to life
We work with other professionals. We handle all communication with international architects on behalf of our clients. As local experts, we also take care of everything needed for the project documentation and technical studies. For this, we work alongside various professionals from the Czech Republic and abroad. We don’t ignore the role of the local architect. Our work combines together global inspiration with the Czech context, in doing so we create unique and innovative projects, which resonate with our clients needs.
We do not leave the documentation and planning process to chance. We discuss our projects with the relevant authorities in good time to avoid planning approval delays. We communicate.
We’ll handle it. We approach our projects with responsibility and humility. We have significant experience implementing projects funded by subsidy schemes.
Surveys, expert studies, consultations, and any other services related to the reconstruction of historic buildings are delivered by our certified subcontractors.
